My theory… I think a lot of people are watching this stock with some pretty big expectations like I think we all have based on our understanding of the technology. We are all waiting on news of the VCSEL and one could anticipate that based on what has been said in the past that successful outcome would be followed by deals from big name companies. Not much of a stretch to figure that one out. So when we see the stock volume increase fairly dramatically with no news it attracts a lot of attention and those that trade the stock or are on the side lines are quick to pile on. A false rally?I don’t know that this is a false rally or just plain normal trading activity with lots of day trading. We do see consistent buying out of RBC regardless of direction or price so I think there is some very big accumulation taking place within the noise.
I try not to sweat it. I think we are getting close to redemption and that is what matters in the end.
