POET Technologies Inc.

I'm overall optimistic, but I must admit this continued selling by Canaccord bums me out.  I've tried to figure out who is selling, as I understand it is the house used by PTK.  It would have to be the former CEO or Dr. Taylor, but any queries I've made go nowhere and I haven't read any answers on this board.  Does anyone know if it is Taylor?  I completely understand why he would sell shares, he is retired, he deserves to enjoy some payoff, I would just like to figure out why Canaccord are still selling shares, month after month now.  Anybody have an answer?
