I have to correct that statement. I reviewed my notes. Intel was not specifically referenced in terms of NDA's. The only specific reference made at the time re NDA's was associated with compound semiconductor companies of which Intel is not. 

There were certainly references to discussions held with people at Intel and there was interest but I should leave it at that. Sorry I misspoke.
