At the last AGM (unlike the previous two) shareholders were not asked to authorize a reverse share split. It's off the books for now. And why would they bring the RSS back, unless we were moving up to a big board? In that case, we would've had to do the reverse split anyways, even without the public offering (and no big partnership to pad our way).
