Why hasn't it happend yet ???The same reason many are not buying the stock at this price rather wait until the risk is gone ,granted you will pay more but then it 's a sure thing as it stands at present it is still an uncertainty of achieving what they say they can do or would like to do.

Once commercially viable I think the offers will start .

Time will tell
