What is POET's NAV - Net asset value?
For starters, POET has $ 19M USD in cash and cash equivalents as of Nov 28th, 2016. Annual revenue stream of $ 3M USD @ present. Burn rate of $ 1M/month.
That does not consider other assets, such as equipment, 40 IPs - International Patents, leased/owned office/lab space.
I'd say the market cap is very close to the NAV now.
IMO,Right now many have given up and are taking the tax loss until things turn around for POET (if they do). Come the new year those that sold may come back into the market IF ( big IF) POET can demonstrate justification, IF not then the MC/SP will linger near the NAV.
