Pros
Literally cannot pinpoint out any pros at all
Nice and outgoing security guards
Can learn how to be independent
Training how to appreciate work but no life balance
Cons
Limited career opportunities
Insufficient manpower
Low compensation, delay in salary payment
Literally no work/life balance
No teamwork, bad working environment and culture
Advice to Management
Change the working environment and culture
Move on with time
Better benefits for employee
Stop scolding and be-littering people
Too much redundant paperwork for simple purchasing

This is an unfair review. It seems to have been done by someone who has ill feeling about Denselight previous management. The management of Denselight has changed since Jul 2016. We now have a new CEO and COO. New fund has been injected and there are no more issue of salaries being delayed. Management style has also changed. The company has recruited new talents (Both Managers and Engineers) to be ready for the new challenge. The company is is far from perfect and is going through changes to make it a world class manufacturing facility Less
