When the old inept mangement lead by Pierhall had the bright idea to get into a financing which would have been the kiss of death spiral financing. The lower it goes the more shares you have to issue to raise money the more dilution etc which would kill the company. This financing smacks of desperation. They cannot raise anymore money unless you get an appreciation and the warrants are excercied. I invested at 23c never did I think it would be a round trip with the same mistakes being made. They have made so much progress but I hope they have a sane roadmap to give to us.
