As per the shareholder letter, salaries in the US shall be reduced. For what it's worth. But I totally agree that management should show confidence and put some skin in the game from their earned money and not only their options being under water. And I know that there are tools available which would allow them to have pre-timed buying plan in place which would buy them shares in the future. Had this with other investments before. As per this plan they wouldn't know what the SP will be by that time they are allowed via that plan/tool. That's somethings which really keeps me thinking. Why the hell don't they own any shares if POET is what they keep telling us. Ajit has loads of money I guess but unfortunately not 1 single share of POET. Strange? For me yes, unfortunately. Still believe in the technology but lost my a lot of faith towards management. What I never expected to happen to be honest.
