If I would be one of these investors who visited the last roadshow, a convinced real platinum investor, what would I do? I am assuming a real long term platinum would need to invest significantly more than 10 Mio USD, best about 10% of the outstanding shares!
1. So I would try to get as much of the PO for this ridiculous price.
2. Then I would wait until other PO participans - only interested in the risk free warrants - balancing by selling their shares, and buying slowly.
3. Waiting until the retaillers are getting nervous, further buying slowly to keep the SP down.
3. Then buying further until 0,52 hoping some warrant holders would cash in.
4. Then aggressively buying further, promotig POET in the market.
5. Riding it out until milestones completed, revenues, EBIT positive, NAS listing etc.
A real platinum investor would not invest one or two million USD for short term.
But OK, this would be just my strategy. Gimme money and I will do!
