It would not have been hard to get a collareralized loan. they own 3 companies all with eqipment and IP. They had 150+ million Market cap. And who cares if the loan was secured with convertible shares? They would have been set at prevailing market rate, and there wouldn't have been 70 Million of them. Go back and look at the last loan we negotiated, and that was without this tech being further along and not this well known of a BOD. It was doable is my point. They chose to pay a premium for American funds....fine....hope it pays off. I am a buyer now, because I have a better picture of what is coming.
