John, issue with the this is nothing is going to get done tomorrow. So are you saying they are going to withhold releasing news for months To be able to do so on the Nasdaq. That would be illegal and how couldn't they hide it for so long?
I think more probable is they have seen news get no reaction, know stuff is in the pipeline and will have minimal to no effect on the venture so they want to get on the Nasdaq before it arrives.
Realistically, through a reverse takeover, how long would it take for us to get on the NASDAQ? Aren't Rennova going to get kicked off the Nasdaq soon? Would we get an extension or how long would we have to get our SP up high enough to stay on?
