I just sent IR expressing my disappointment and asked when management would be puting out a press release explaining why they and the Board of Directors accepted this deal.

This really hurts all of us who have been here for a long time. I'm here for only 2 years, but others have been here much longer.

I still can't believe that Ajit or Suresh would do this to us. They have a legacy to uphold.

I am hoping that there is a good reason, but am not expecting anything.
