Phil i hear you..we must be carefulll when suggesting wrongdoing...but.nothing wrong with holding a company accountable if regulators decide to do a deep dive into this financing...i think most would agree there are some potential red flags on this one
In my view this was a mistake in negotiating this deal as it stands..they gave away too much for the amount they were raising.....and you know what... sometimes you need to fail before you succeed...celebrating your failures and learning from them is what makes good leaders....i still maintain we have great leaders in the field they occupy but some of this is new to them so they will make mistakes.
however sometimes the only way folks in high postion will acknowledge they have made a mistake is when they are held accountable...a little fire up their yazoo to remind them we are watching..next time you can bet your bottom dollar they will have learned their lesson.
