Basically all this halt does is remedy the blood bath for an hour (minutes)... BCD is correct, if you sell now you are screwed, because you are realizing the loss. If you don't sell, well, you might see a return to a $1 next year... maybe? All I can say is the company should have come to the current share holders, to give us the opportunity to finance ourselves, by way of giving us the final say as to who gets the cheap paper. If we had the option of saying yay or nay, that would probably have given the management a little more credibility in my eyes. I don't know if that would have been possible, maybe someone here on the board would have knowledge in that regard.
