Everyone needs to calm down, especially the new names who don't know what they're talking about.

Yes, it appears we will be diluted to the tune of 70M shares, but rumours are flying around to the reason for the dilution.

I think it's a reverse merger and we're going tot he NASDAQ....somehow...

This management would not destroy their careers for kicks, there is a plan....just let it develop. There was so much crap on this board last night I believe they were forced to halt the stock, so now we can't trade it until all the news is out.
