As I remember, we traded pretty solidly above $1 before tons of warrants got excercised. We figured out it had to be PC or GT. That brought us to the 70-80 cent range and we stayed there with good support. Then they announce a PO with no price attached and suddenly we have a huge spike in volume and the price drops to .50. Then they price this at .36.
So what I suggest is that all a regulator would have to do is look at who was selling (I suspect naked shorting) over the last couple weeks. And then swe who gets in on the offering. If there is any overlap then there is a high probability of insider info. This seems like it was so blatant, and all I need to rectify in my mind is....is management complicit or are they incompetent.
