My post was not due diligence nor was it a statement of where the price will be. According to Cormark we will know on Friday and until then us retail shareholders will be left guessing.
I simply pointed out that a "proposed offering" was common and from 30 minutes of googling I noted that companies who needed money for existing operations versus R&D, Aquisitions etc reacted differently in stock price.
These are tense times and with a lot of us underwater. Permit me to share a thought that may shine a little light or possibility to a favourable outcome. Until then I am going to wet my finger (middle one) again and hold it in the air. It's pointed towards California. Do you see it?
