If the bankers want the lowest price possible for the offering then there will be no announcement and .50-60 cent range seems to be the number and we should at least count on $10million or 20 million shares being added.If an announcement is coming I don't see news on the horizon that get us much past 75 but being back at .75 would be nice.
The only announcement I do see on the horizon is one stateing when they will announce the set price to the market officially.
At present we only have what Cormack said to a member of the board here who wanted to buy in which begs the question if they are free to make such a claim why not tell the market as a whole.
Until I hear it from POET it is still a mystery.
