the longer this stays OVERSOLD, the stronger and higher will be the rebound. My crystal ball says the PP strike price will be 55 cents. Now lets see how much the company cowtails to the institutions regarding warrants. I am hoping that it will be a 1/2 warrant.

If POET management has any ba!!s, they should structure the deal to where the institutions would be required to buy as many shares in the market as they take down in the PP.
