FJ, if your choice of Option B is correct, I hope we don't see posts dragging management through the dirt at least for the rest of the year - Option B would be a fine accomplishment.
dash, it's hard to remember exactly, but I have the sense that I've seen warrants priced at double the share price, but not higher than that. Of course, it must happen once in a while. I'd be fine with something like .60/1.00, with the warrant good for a couple of years.
Bottom line, although the price and terms of the Unit will be set by POET, it's set as the result of market pricing power. So, I remain pretty tepid in my hopes for an offering that will make me click my heels (even if these days I have to do that while seated!).
