Like I said in my previous post. Could be to drum up interest so that people buy in the open market. Not many large firms will be able to buy this stock. I think the RS is off the table, last word we got from Management. This whole thing has gone down very wierd. Just have to continue to wait on clarification as is typical poet fashion.
