I did say "up to" a 6 month delay, it's a fact that the NRE timeframe shifted from 12 months from the THM in May 2016 to just "2017" in the latest presentation. I'm not making it up. It could be January 2017, it could also be December 2017, nobody knows. But history has shown - over many years - time and time again - that POET timelines usually are skewed towards being late.
As for being "half empty" I guess i'm just conditioned through years of disappointment and delays as a PTK shareholder. A pavlovian response I guess. Bought way more shares than I should have based on the hype on this board, so i'm definitely going to be ultra conservative now. I think its called balance.
