I still don't understand this move, why would anyone ever say we are going to do an offering, and then say we will tell you the facts of the offering in about 2 weeks, my god this is sp suicide, all I can gather from this is either there is something in the works or they just don't have a clue about how the markets work, either way, shut up until you can say something good, but then this is poet, and we should be used to this kind of guessing game stuff, but I still don't like it.
