Jackthebear: I can't help wondering why Ajit would say in May if they are late it would only be by weeks not months and here we are months beyond May with nothing said.

He said "few weeks, not quarters" (i.e. he did not say "months"), and the clock started ticking by the end of June, not in May. It's one quarter since then.
