This is the First time a that this type of Prospectus has been filed. And sorry rainer but 50 million seems like a lot of insurance to carry. It would be irresponsible to file for that much knowing what it could do to the SP if you didn't have an idea that you needed that much money. If this was insurance then they should have started low and ammended it as needed. I don't buy this. This thing will get taken down in the near term, in whole or in part, but somehow this is a step managment deems important.
