For the most part I agree with you, and don't think a financing is "Necessary" but the New IR group specifically says they focus on Micro Caps, and the easiest way to get coverage of a small company is to get the Anylst in on the action. Time will tell, and there are lots of moving parts. I am very excited to see how this plays out. I do think whateve management does will be in our best interest.
