Last year they were filed on August 12th. Two weeks later we got the news about Anadigics being chosen for prototyping.

So if we get the financials within the next two weeks, I suspect another NR announcing a material development would be forthcoming shortly thereafter.

The Q2 financials are not required to be filed until August 31st, so any early filings have usually indicated more news is forthcoming.
