Rainer, If Optcal cables sell for $25, then we would still have lots to look forward to. Just wanted to throw out near term projections, based on Poets timelines and immediate priorities. All of which I feel we will know by the end of 2016.
Even if they end up earning $1 net per O.E.(which I would look at as a very conservative price per optical engine), that would still provide a revenue stream of 240 million/year minimum, based on wafers made and sold/month. This is just one vertical that Poet would benefit from.
With trading multiples of earnings/share still between 10 and 50, the share price on this alone would be trading between $10 and $50/sh.
If demand was even higher than 20 million Optical engines/month we are still looking at even higher multiples of earnings and sh price.
