I asked my dad about all of these options. He said when respectable leaders options are priced much higher than the current share price, the new options issued would most likely be at yet a much higher price. He said not to worry, as respectable people, and leaders of such a caliber would ensure that options are set at a price higher than there own, that would be most fair and encourage growth and strength in this company.
