In the NEWS about POET aquiring BB-Photonics, they say the "Closing [...] is expected to take place no later than 30 days following the date of the agreement." That was announced on the 17th of May. So last Friday was the "final" day. But also on the 17th of May, in the THM Suresh Venkatesansaid, that he expects "[t]he DenseLight acquisition, which is now closed, the BB Photonics acquisition is ongoing – we just announced it today and we probably go to a closure over the next week [...]". But until know, we did not hear about closing the deal. Now my question: Are they legally obliged to annlunce the closure?
