Yes, the name of the company will remain as Denselight Semiconductor.
7) Will this acquisition improve the financial stability of the company?
Yes, the parent company is committed to significant investment to improve the financial stability of the company, while the expansion of capacity and strategic investment will continue as necessary for growth.
8) Will there be any change in the product offering of the company?
We expect to broaden the product portfolio to customers. Look out for announcements, we will be providing a product roadmap for future reference and direction of the company.
