The price for the deal is set with 2 Mio shares and a fixed equivalent amount in USD if I remember right. The only variable is the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. As I understood the deal doesn't depend on the share price only on the exchange rate CAD/USD. Since I am writing from my phone I can't copy a source.
