Buffett, 83, has long said that using stock options for pay can cost too much for shareholders and be counterproductive as a motivational tool.
I am with TD and received some of the proxies, have PTK in 6 accounts . Voted "FOR" for all resolutions EXECPT approval of stock option plan, VOTED NO I support our new team all the way.
IMHO there is no way a company any company needs 20% stock option plan.

Hmmm - on one hand you state the above - yet on the other hand you publish an NR stating you issued 2,200,000 options that vest immediately... obviously what's good for the goose is NOT good for the gander...
