Sorry crzyhors it was an honest mistake on my part. I thought the post I was responding to about grouping both the options and compensation warrants into one and suggesting they were all exercisable at .22 before the end of Q3 was the origin of that title.
Sorry for the confusion. As Scary posted the number of compensation warrants outstanding at the end of March was 1.1 million and they are at .22 and they all expire by Sept 27. Since that update in the financials (March 31) the share count increased by 820k so how many of those are left versus the options which don't become due until next year and have a wide range in price. As Rainer stated his spread sheet has not been updated. That being said as I pointed out earlier it does make sense for the options to be exercised as soon as the holders can if they anticipate the share price going up.
Onramp I don't think it is fear and anxiety at play but more of attempting to keep the information as accurate and as well understood as possible.
