A probable NRE may be the thing that convinced DenseLight, a company thats worth more than 50Mil to agree to be acquired for 10.5Mil in PTK stocks; it might be because it had no other option, but looking at its prospects and its generation in operational profit of 1M a year, intuition tells me its not exactly that desperate to sell at 20% of its value..all just imo
Plus, what else could explain the little price bump before the halt due to possible news leakage?
For me, I couldnt be more thrilled about the news release, watching PTK thats come so far and now taking an essential step in becoming an independent game changer that will worth billions.
