I fully agree with beenthere in what he is saying BUT....

He is overlooking one thing ... US.

I have never been part a group of shareowners banded together as our group at Agora.

We hold a lot of power as a group and that strength will make all the difference in regards to any kind of offer.

We are not stupid and management know how we feel about this investment. With other takeovers / offers the shareholder base is usually so fragmented they cannot put up any kind of effective fight.

For the record I do not see a buyout as the reason for the halt.
