FJ, of course, if management is not for the speculated buy out, it would be hostile and the news of a hostile takeover is generally released by the hostile acquirer, absent some sort of agreement between the hostile and the target. So the hostile would just put the news out and there would be no halt.

I really don't think it's a buyout, but if it is, I don't think it's hostile. And in the event of a friendly takeover, our management team would likely remain in place for a good while, if not permanently.
