your topic 3 for me is quite clear: The cooperation with BAE had two faces:
1. POET used BAE for first evaluation and production trials outside of the UCONN labs.
2. BAE coud have a first sight on POET and its abilities.
1. more or less stopped as POET grew up and is now using the world class mass production facilities at Wavetec.
But why should 2. stop?
Due to the fact that the metrics of the POET detector are so incredible (and I am sure that during the tests at BAE they had an idea about this potential), I am sure that here the cooperation is continuing, but behind black curtain. We should not forget, this is highly sensitive military technology! Relevant material info can always be hidden, no NR, and even no earning reports!
(they could tell us, but after that they would have to kill us...)
