I am sure - like all of us - Mazan will suffer from the SP we could see yesterday. But he is long, and he knows by now that the SP has only a meaning at the time you are buying or selling.
All of us that did their DD will know about the terrific opportunity we have here with our POET. Some are expecting to double their investment, others are members of the 70+ club. All this is fine and in my eyes reasonable.
Also to bet on one card can be reasonalble and very fruitful.
The big mistake some of us are making is that they are setting a timeframe for this investment which is much too optimistic. Yes, it can happen any time. Today, but also in some more years. This is ventrure, not a pension fund. If you need your money soon, keep it unter your pillow.
I made a lot of experiances in my investment aktivities up to now. Many short term gains were balanced by short term losses, but the real success always were the investments which took time. Do you think an investment in Apple in the year 1995 or even 1999 was not frustrating? It took time (until 2005?) then it turned out to be big fun.
Please let us face the fact that there can be more "sputter tool'ish" problems, further delays, and even bigger issues like patent disputes, highly competitive competitors or even the potential akknowledgement that POET will not be the best solution for one of the many vertivals. Still, I am 99% sure that the potential of POET will stay and the SP will multiply.
But we need this faith, passion, patience and some (oh well, a lot! of) frustration tollerance. We are seriouse investors, not gamblers. Every fool can play lottery or bet in a casino, and put some cash on a roulette-number. No patience needed there...
It is not that easy. Did someone tell you it is? Please think!
