I'm sorry but I am not sure what you mean by your comment 'is this really the case?'

My understanding is that such incorportion of patents resets the coundown clock on the previous patents. I would be quite happy to be corrected as my understanding is based on previous comments here by RVH rather than any personal expertise in patent law.

How then do you interpret the statement below? Which seems quite clear to me that the seventeen patents listed are now one, the key phrase being 'in their entireties?:

all of which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entireties.
