Yes, I believe this is a major patent. When on the lab tour a few years ago at Storrs, one of the lab techs said they were really excited waiting for confirmation of results on the N & P channels - really just P channel at that point I recall. My guess - they were waiting on confirmation from BAE at the time before filing. Fair, Rainer, you guys were on the tour but not sure you were with us when this was stated. Do you recall?
