WASHINGTON, 4 Feb. 2016. Micro-drones have the potential to change counter terrorism, conventional warfare, and law enforcement in a big way. The close-in covert autonomous disposable aircraft, or CICADA, could be deployed in swarms to overwhelm the air defenses of adversaries.
