Honestly, the only thing as far as competing technology that "MAY" shake me up a bit, is if someone figured out how to do all the same things as POET claims, but on silicon. I am talking about FULL opto-electronic integration, fabricated Monolithiclaly. But even then I doubt the speed metrics would be the same. Silicon is just an inferior semi conductor. But it is cheaper, and people are familiar with it. However I have not even heard a peep about anyone claiming anything close to this. Literally every single approach I have read about has been, a fraction of what POET is trying to acomplish. So untill then, I remain extremly confident in my investment. I think the team we have in place now has the Juice to pull this thing off. Time will tell.
