IMHO
It is very illegal for an insider, or anyone to buy on insider information, after all Martha Stewart went to jail because she bought around 24k of a stock that her boyfriend tipped her on. When questioned she lied to the sec and got busted.
In the case of POET the insiders could be under a blackout period, so cant buy any stock. The black out can be announced or just declared in house.
I am sure our team did not leave their secure high profile jobs to jump on a sinking ship. Think about it.... if POET don't work out, all you can lose is the defined amount of money the you paid for the stock. On the other Hand our Team has their credibility and reputation on the line.
That is why I am not the least bit concerned abut POET-PTK working out.
