So a quick and dirty calculation is as follows (no guaranty of accuracy).
If the POET die or the AOC is 10mm then roughly 128 chips will fit on a 150mm wafer. At 15mm die 84 would fit.

It has been said that the volume required to supply the AOC would be in the 10’s of millions.
So for every 10 million chips at 100% yield for a 10mm die 78,125 wafers are required.
At 15mm die 119k are required.
So for 10 million Active Optical Cables (2 chips per cable) roughly 200,000 wafers are required.
So the wafer capacity required for 50 million AOCs would be around 1 million.
