My understanding is yes it could be a way for Poet to be listed. It is all in the Language of the agreement. A Merger would give Poet access to whatever Market Anadigics is listed on. I could be wrong but I looked into it a bit and this is the understanding I got.

For the Record, I don't think PTK is the buyer.
