I don' t see why they could not announce a VP because of ANAD's situation.
Yes i understand that there might be a NDA on a deal of some sort but as far as i know that does not prevent POET from issuing a NR on any other subject regarding the compagnie.
Sometimes it seems way too easy to excuse the lack of clarity behind and NDA.
2015 have been a year of Black Out, NDA silence etc. I sure hope that the new dream team will not use the same strategy in 2016 and that we will have more regular up dates. After that is something they said they would do, wasn t it?
So let give them a little bit of time, and then we will see how this new management will treat their long lasting investors.
