Robvanhooren: the TMX apps info website (the one that you linked) does not have to be correct -- it's viewed as a public convenience only.

What I am doing for the POET Technologies Timeline, is to take

• the end of quarter numbers from the most recent financial statements and amend them by
• the numbers from the TMX apps info webpage, see table "Warrants and options executed since 2015-09-30".

Even if the TMX apps number could be off, they are the best source I have. And at least the order of magnitude should coincide with the true numbers.
