IMHO-I for one find it a little odd that the MD & A was released just after the buyout offer for Anadigics rather than towards the end of the allowable reporting period.

Is it possible that was to prempt having to disclose any informtion that the company is rethinking their relationship with ANAD or prehaps considering a move towards an aquisition?

Just pondering...........................
